Shipping Policy

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Ethelsville, Alabama. After placing your order and selecting local pickup, at checkout, your order will be prepared for pickup. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions and pickup address.

Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Domestic Shipping Rates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We try not to ship to P.O. boxes, as some  carriers do not allow this. Please use a physical mailing address to avoid any delays with your order.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. There are no guaranteed shipping times for international shipping. Express shipments can  be held indefinitely with Customs, and we have no control over these holdings and processing times. 

 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. End of the Road Farm & Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and  are  your responsibility as the customer.

 

If you are unable to pay these fees and the package is returned to us, your shipping fees will not be refunded to you.

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds & Cancellations

We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery for unused items in their original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

 

We do not refund items that are returned used or damaged. Customers are responsible for safely shipping return items. We recommend you insure packages being returned to us, as fragile pieces can break in transit. End of the Road Farm & Studio, LLC is not responsible if an item is returned to us damaged.

Receiving a Damaged  Order

In the event you receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the shipping box and the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory  solution. PLEASE DO NOT DISCARD THE BROKEN ITEM OR DAMAGED SHIPPING BOXES. At times shipper will want proof of damage to issue refund for replacement. If you discard the item, we cannot guarantee a replacement will be sent.
